The location is truly excellent. Situated in the business district of Otemachi, it is within walking distance of Tokyo Station (a major railway hub), and only a two-minute walk from the nearest metro entrance. Despite its central location, the area is surprisingly quiet, with very few tourists and minimal foot traffic on weekends. A 24-hour 7-Eleven convenience store is conveniently located just across the street. In about 6 minutes on foot, you can reach nearby neighborhoods with charming backstreets full of restaurants and izakayas. Several dining options are also available in the nearby office towers, often located on the basement floors (B1). The location makes it easy to reach any part of Tokyo via public transportation. We strongly recommend using the hotel's online check-in system to speed up your arrival. If you need assistance with the self-service check-in terminals, the hotel staff is always happy to help. Speaking of the staff — they were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and detail-oriented. A small but telling example: they would even hold the elevator door open for you if they saw you approaching. Such gestures truly made us feel welcome and cared for. The room was remarkably spacious by Tokyo standards. We had enough space to comfortably store three suitcases without them getting in the way. The room was well-equipped, including a kettle, high-speed internet, and daily bottled water in the mini-fridge. The bed was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent — we enjoyed restful sleep every night. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully curated, with high-quality baked goods, great coffee, and a rotating menu that kept things interesting throughout our one-week stay. Another lovely touch was the complimentary coffee and cookies available from 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM — a small perk that added a lot of charm, especially since you could take the coffee to-go.

The location was excellent. Around 15 minutes walk from Tokyo Station, we could easily drag our luggages with us. The sidewalk was wide and easy to manuver even with big luggages. The property is very close to Otemachi Metro Station, around 5 mins walk. And very close to Kanda station (8 mins walk), which have great connections to JR lines (Yamanote, Chuo, & Chuo-Sobu) and several metro lines. There are yokocho near Kanda station with lots of eateries (kaiten sushi, izakaya, cafes, etc) with lively atmosphere and lots of local salarymen frequented the restaurants. We went there several times for dinner. Seven eleven is just round the corner, made it easy if we want to purchase some snacks or even fruits. The hotel staff were very helpful, they provided us with clear direction when we checked in using the automatic machine. The room is in the smaller size bur adequate for 2 people. Bedding is comfortable, with decent size bathroom. There is nothing we didn’t like about the property.

Very good location about 10-15 mins walk from Tokyo main station and 5 minutes from Otemashi Underground Station, north entrance, ca 15 to 20 mins walk to the Emperors Palace and huge garden, ca 25 mins walk to Akihabara. Staff very very friendly and most accommodating. The breakfast buffet was not the biggest but perfect with a very good choice, the coffee was excellent. Breakfast bar staff was very welcoming and friendly. The room was quite small, but average for Tokyo standards and perfectly comfortable. There was even a BOSE loudspeaker and a stapler?! Very comfy beds and pillows, coffee and tea making stuff with ingenious "Drip Coffee" was excellent, once you found it in a cupboard drawer, LOL! Small fridge a most welcome facility. The Hotel is on major transport arteries ( like most in Tokyo) but the sound proofing is so good, you don't hear anything. Perfect stay and location for exploring this mega-city.

Location - just a couple of minutes from the Otemachi metro, and a few minutes away from the Kanda station. Even Tokyo station is at walkable distance, especially if you reach by N'EX (Narita airport express). This makes it very accessible to many points of attractions around Tokyo. The location is surrounded by convenience stores and eating options in the Otemachi area. Room - bigger than most you'll find in Tokyo, comfortable bed, very well equipped bathroom, clean and tidy, sound proof and has nice view next to the highway flyover. I liked the PJs that they provide. Hotel facilities I used - There's a laundry room, washer/dryer operates on coins and Suica card

The queen room was very comfortable and we received fresh towels daily. The coffee and snacks were great and the staff was super attentive. A special shoutout to the Balinese lady that helped us during check out, and the little present that was delivered in our room. The location is quiet and you can easily reach nearby stations and sights. Highly recommended.
